Medita en ti • Tuesdays in Barcelona
Meditation is the act of pausing and being with what is.
Without escaping or judging.
It is being this curious and relaxed witness who observes you with wonder and compassion.
It is surrendering to the unknown, which somehow feels so familiar.
It is being with oneself without guilt, without rush, and without demands.
It is showing devotion to what is, from a place of humility and, if it arises, gratitude.
It is taking the time to pause and feel the body, from which the invisible becomes visible, without the mind, through the heart and instinct.
It is doing nothing to do all.
It is giving our characters a rest, allowing the masks to fall and the light behind them to shine through.
It is surrendering to how we are, to how things are, and embracing truth with love and compassion.
It is resting in that truth that goes far beyond our knowledge.
It is an act of surrender to the present moment and all its possibilities.
It is, if we allow it, a reunion with God — or whatever word suits you.
