Days within

Panchakarma

Every day during Panchakarma feels like a piece of art — a wild rollercoaster, a deep sea dive, and a jungle ride on an elephant all at once. The bodies go on a journey of detoxing, cleansing, regenerating, relearning, surrendering, and reviving.

Heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Parvathy in Tiruvannamalai, India, for her compassionate care, wisdom, and guidance.

Those 14 days of holistic Ayurvedic detox in December 2024 were truly a blessing and a very creative time.

8 day fast

These drawings emerged during the 8-day fasting retreat I experienced in 2024 with Ecoayuno in Pineda de Mar. As the days unfolded—waves of clarity, resistance, stillness, and release—the ink captured what words often cannot.

With the loving guidance of Diego, Juli and Angels, and the deep support of my fellow fasters, this intense process became luminous.

I returned lighter, clearer, and more confident.

“Fasting of the body is food for the soul.”
– Saint John Chrysostom

21 days 2023
Each day, the essence of the day was captured in ink.

These daily sketches became a way of seeing more clearly; offering insights, discernment, and gratitude for whatever unfolded during the 21-day exploration of the art of conscious touch under the guidance of Muditosan in Almería.

A visual diary of inner movement.
A ritual of presence.
A journey into the quiet truth of each day.

21 days 2022
One drawing for each of the 21 days of a retreat I did in 2022 in Almería. They provide glimpses into the work we did (the Essence of Touch, the Mystic Rose, inner child work, family constellations, Osho meditations, lots of dancing,...) and have become a valuable personal memory to bring back home from this magical place. Thank you Osho, Muditosan, Deva Dwabha, Cortijo Al-Hamam and all the brave souls who cried, laughed, sat in silence and danced with me through this most extraordinary experience.
