Yesterday was a day we’ll all remember in Spain and Portugal — a massive power cut that shifted the rhythm of everything.
I’m grateful I got to experience it in a safe, creative, and beautiful way — doing things I wouldn’t usually do on a Monday, like cycling 18 km along the coast from Barcelona to get home, or sitting on a bench in the middle of the city, just watching people and letting words flow onto the page.
It always amazes me how resilient we are — and how much more loving, compassionate, helpful, and supportive we become in times of difficulty.

This drawing is a prayer for little Sahjade, a boy we met a few weeks ago in Varanasi. He is lovingly cared for by Jesumiel and the beautiful souls of @nuevavidavaranasi . A few days ago, his eyesight suddenly began to deteriorate rapidly. He was rushed to the hospital, and thanks to intravenous anti-inflammatory treatment, his eyesight seems to have been saved.
As I painted, I felt my skills as a Reiki practitioner merging with the ink. I connected deeply with Sahjade, his caregivers in India, our extended global community, and his family. In the face of challenge, I witness something powerful: how hardship can weave people together in compassion, presence, and love.
❤️ We are never powerless. When we pause, even briefly, and offer our intention—be it through meditation, prayer, energy, creativity, or resources—we channel something meaningful. As they say: where our attention goes, energy flows.
🙏🏼 Thanks to the quick financial support of friends of Nueva Vida, tests and treatments for Sahjade’s illness could be covered through spontaneous donations, but the project still needs help to fund the house they are building to shelter children in need.
We visited the construction site in March (see the video) and left impressed and very optimistic; it will be a beautiful home for many souls to thrive.

Liquid Harmony
2025, India
Before sharing my reflections on this piece—drawn under the full moon in Arunachala—I invite you to feel into it first.
Where does it take you?
What do you feel in your body?
What might the “X” mean to you?
I approach my creative process through stillness, usually beginning with some kind of meditation. Over time I’ve learned (and keep learning) to release control, to let the ink and paper speak, without needing to control or know the final outcome. It’s a practice of trust—on paper, and in life. The final act is one of contemplating, free of judgment, from a place of curiosity, humility and gratitude.
Painting under the full moon connects me to something vast. It places me in rhythm with the cosmos, with cycles that move through us all. In this stillness, I sense the invisible architecture of the universe—where everything flows in perfect balance, without effort!
This piece, to me, is a reflection of that: cosmic harmony in constant, liquid motion.

Sketching while traveling creates something magical-
a physical memory that lingers,
a gateway in time and presence.
This quick sketch captures the vivid red Durga Kund Temple in Varanasi—
a sacred space to connect with Shakti,
the divine feminine power pulsing through the colour red.
Dedicated to Goddess Durga,
the warrior who restores balance and defeats darkness,
this temple radiates celebration and strength.
I remember the energy—vibrant, fiery, protective.
The scent of incense, the echo of bells,
the rhythm of chanting voices—it all felt alive.
We left feeling recharged—
with courage, resilience, and clarity.
✨If you need a spark of Durga’s power,
sit with the colour red for a moment.
Feel her in your breath, your heart, your spine.

Timeless Flow
2025, India
This drawing came to life two full moons ago, in February 2025, in Arunachala, India. A sandclock-like form appeared, symbolizing the flow of time, the transition between moments and moons. Yet, within this flow, we can also perceive the timeless essence of the sacred mountain. Arunachala teaches us that time is both a guide and an illusion. It invites us to witness the cycles both outside and within, as the full moon illuminates our light and shadows.
The intention behind this piece is to remind us that the past and future are merely reflections, and true presence lies in the now. Together with the full moon, may it inspire us to release time’s constraints, embrace a timeless wisdom, and connect deeply with the present moment. 🌕✨

Inner Gaze
2025, India
Drawn in stillness under February’s full moon in Tiruvannamalai, this piece holds 108 circles—an offering to the sacred mountain, the silent guru, Arunachala.
The eye of Shiva (our inner knowing, our intuition) sees beyond illusion.
This piece is a prayer in motion, a portal of remembrance, an invitation to return to the Self.
May it transmit the mountain’s still power, and the vastness of its gaze so we can all turn our gaze within without fear, judgment or illusion.

Visiting Varanasi was intense, mind- and heart-opening, chaotic, mesmerizing, profound, and unforgettable.
I loved being immersed in the countless temple rituals, and meditating by a sacred fire that has been burning continuously for over 3,500 years—the very flame used to cremate bodies on the shore of the Ganges. Witnessing the cremation rites and the rhythm of daily life along the river—locals and visitors alike, each performing their own sacred rituals at the Ganges, became a daily mindfulness practice. The delicious street food, the most exquisite lassis, and the sheer sensory overload, the public yoga classes, Sungazing over the Ganges, all added to the magic.
But what probably left the deepest impression on me was finally meeting Jesumiel and the children of @newlife.varanasi. She is someone who effortlessly bridges spirituality and everyday life, making the earth itself feel sacred—especially for those who need it the most. I have met few people as devoted, clear in their mission, selfless, and utterly surrendered to the divine will as she is. And she does it all with humility, joy, and the most natural grace.
Please follow their work, and if you see what I see, consider supporting them in whatever way feels right to you.

Success (Castellano 👇
Here’s another symbol from the collaboration with my dear friend Pablo @lopeztatarchenko . This time, he first shared the message he received, so I could bring its symbol through.
Here’s the translation from Pablo’s narration in the reel:
✨ Success is not about making a lot of money.
It’s doing what you love all the time, without struggle.
Do what you love, and you will be success.
💫 You’ll see how your mind finds rest.
🏡 Live where you love to live, and you will feel the joy of existing.
❤️ Live with those you love, and you won’t wish to harm the one beside you.
🌿 Success is nothing more than fulfilling your purpose.
And fulfilling your purpose is doing what you love, successfully.
💖 So remember, success is not achieved through suffering and pain.
Success is achieved through lightness and love.

An Offering 🪷 I always feel that making a visible offering to something invisible is a psychomagical act. It lets me practice letting go of attachments, and connects me with impermanence as well as generosity, humility, and gratitude.
This act of giving to something or someone outside of us is, in truth, an offering to ourselves—because of the cosmic law: “What is outside is inside.” When we give, we also receive. When we receive, we also give.
To honor and surrender to something unseen and bigger than us, is to honor creation itself—including ourselves. Every guru, every saint, and every sacred idol is here to remind us of the divine potential within us.
Today, I had the chance of offering a lotus flower to the Mahabodhi Tree, under which Siddhartha Gautama attained enlightenment and became the Buddha over 2,500 years ago. The message I received was simple:
✨ It can be any tree, and anyone. ✨
It does not require dogma, effort, or sacrifice. It only requires intention, presence and love.
In Buddhist philosophy, duality is an illusion—what we see outside is a reflection of what is within.
🪷 The lotus we offer is already blooming inside us.
🙏 The Buddha we bow to is also within us.
Many blessings from Bodh Gaya, a truly unusual place. We left our phones outside the temple, so just imagine the vibrant Mahabodhi Tree, where thousands gather each day to pray, offer gifts, and pay their respects. All around, the air is filled with the voices of monks chanting in different languages from every corner of the world. The photos are just random shots from different sacred places we managed to visit despite the Holi celebrations in Bodh Gaya.
